Eureka Springs Hospital will host a Town Hall meeting focused on the hospital’s new Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) designation at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 14, at the Eureka Springs Auditorium. 

The Alliance for the Buffalo National River (ABNR) released results from a poll taken after a town hall meeting regarding re-designating the Buffalo National River as a national park or preserve. 

Oakridge Country Club and Golf Course is expanding its offerings to include food and alcohol, as well as looking to the future to attract more guests and members.

The Madison County Quorum Court passed a supplemental appropriation ordinance on Feb. 28 amending ordinance 2022-25 (the 2023 budget) and ordinance 2023-27 (the 2024 budget). Seven members of the court were present for the special meeting, with Matt Cleaver and Jerry Yates absent.

About 70 citizens turned out for a meeting at the Carroll Electric Community Room on Monday night to hear the results of a recent survey conducted by the City of Huntsville. The city will use the results, as well as citizen input, to create a new strategic plan.
