The Nashville Scrappers completed a comeback victory at Elkins on Friday when senior quarterback Sloan Perrin threw a 76-yard touchdown pass and ran for a two-point conversion with six seconds left in the game for a 63-62 win over the Elks in the Class 4A quarterfinals.
