Huntsville Mayor Travis Dotson informed the city council Monday night that Huntsville has been named the recipient of a 50/50 matching grant in the amount of $500,000 from the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism to build restrooms and a splash pad at Walking Trail Park on North College Street.
