WARNING ORDER AND NOTICE OF 

FILING OF SUIT

 TO CONFIRM TITLE TO REAL ESTATE

     

  Sam Stipsky and Celeste Stipsky, husband and wife, Madison Sam Land Trust, 

Sharon Deloy, Trustee, and unknown heirs and assigns, if living, and if deceased, then their unknown heirs, successors or assigns at law, are hereby warned to appear in the Circuit Court of Madison County, Arkansas, within thirty (30) days and answer the Petition of Raymond Trolinger and Elaine Trolinger, husband and wife, and Janice L. Knight, or same will be taken as confessed and decree rendered against you.

 

Notice is hereby given that  Raymond Trolinger and Elaine Trolinger, husband and wife, and Janice L. Knight has filed a Petition in said Court praying the confirmation of title to the following land in Madison County, Arkansas, to-wit:

 

A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW¼SW¼) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Fifteen (15) North, Range Twenty-eight (28) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Madison County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:  Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW¼SW¼); thence North 352.45 feet to center of graded road, now Madison County Number 6550, thence along said road as follows: South 85°50’58” East 185.58 feet, thence South 87°40’53” East 264.42 feet, thence South 74°41’09” East 203.58 feet, thence South 57°06’30” East 155.25 feet, thence South 50°41’48” East 109.12 feet, thence South 41°00’05” East 91.07 feet,, thence South 26°55’47” East 53.68 feet to South line of said forty acre tract; thence South 89°43’30” West 944.52 feet to Point of beginning.

 

     Any and all persons claiming any right, title and/or interest in said lands are hereby notified that they must appear in said Court within thirty (30) days and show cause as to why title to said lands should not be confirmed in Raymond Trolinger, Elaine Trolinger and Janice L. Knight.

An instrument dated the 8th day of January, 2024, was on the 4th day of March, 2024 admitted to probate as the last Will and Testament of the above named decedent and the undersigned has been appointed Executor thereunder. A contest of the probate of the Will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law. 

 

All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned after filing same with the Probate Clerk within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
