Missing letter hampers resolution of developer’s request for variance

Huntsville Planning Commission delivered a letter to developer Terry Presley in January stating that it would not allow any more variances for a subdivision that Terry Presley is building.  But because the commission couldn’t document the letter, efforts to resolve Presley’s request for a variance were not approved at the commission’s weekly ad hoc weekly on April 29.
