The Huntsville Water and Sewer Commission on Monday approved the use of Aerobic Granular Sludge [AGS] technology for a new wastewater treatment plant, a project estimated to cost $32.5 million. Engineers and Huntsville Water Manager Sean Davis said the total cost ultimately will be less than the estimate.
