The Huntsville Planning Commission received a petition to rezone the property at 12582 U.S. 412 from I-2 to Dual Use from Nelson Villalobos, proprietor of Ozark Premier Buildings.

The Huntsville Water Utilities Commission listened to a report from Executive Director Sean Davis, explaining  findings in the 2024 audit. Davis fielded questions from the commission regarding those findings during the August meeting. He said he contacted the state, asking for clarification and found out that he had made an error in how coding was done for some project expenditures.
