Huntsville and Madison County on Monday began a new week with slick roads and dangerous weather conditions, less than a week after heavy snow blanketed the area.

Madison County awoke to a blanket of snow and widespread power outages on Wednesday.

    The anticipated snowfall began to turn Madison County white Tuesday afternoon, with roads beginning to get slick.
