The following criminal cases were resolved in Madison County Circuit Court during the month of February:

• Rachel Joy Burk, 44, pleaded guilty to three counts of terroristic threatening and one count of domestic battery in the third degree and resisting arrest and was sentenced to 72 months of probation and ordered to pay a $500 fine.

• Tiffany J. Burgess, 35, pleaded guilty to two counts of battery in the second degree and aggravated assault upon a law enforcement officer, and one count of resisting arrest and battery in the third degree and was sentenced to 36 months of probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.

• Alan M. Rapoza, 58, pleaded guilty to possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 36 months of probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.

• Douglas T. Monette, 76, was found guilty at a jury trial of cruelty to animals and was sentenced to six months in the county jail and ordered to pay a $150 fine and $2,000 in restitution.

• Daniel Adam Lambert, 39, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault on a family or household member, terroristic threatening in the first degree and possession of a firearm by a certain persons and was sentenced to 36 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections with 36 months suspended imposition of sentence, and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.

• Aric Baker Eugene, 47, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements and was sentenced to 36 months of probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.

• Charlie M. Miller, 64, pleaded guilty to residential burglary, terroristic threatening in the first degree and possession of a firearm by a certain persons and was sentenced to 60 months of probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.

• Hunter C. Chafin, 21, pleaded guilty to fleeing, criminal mischief in the first degree, criminal mischief in the second degree, aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a minor and was sentenced to 72 months of probation and ordered to pay $1,330.24 in restitution.

• Heath P. Armstrong, 31, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance  and possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 60 months of probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, along with 120 days in the county jail as a condition of probation, with 10 days jail credit.

• Rhonda S. Johnson, 42, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated (second offense) and failure to appear and was sentenced to 48 months of probation and 10 days in the county jail, and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.

• Jedediah Stephen Moorehead, 40, pleaded guilty to domestic battery in the third degree and was sentenced to 36 months of probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.

• James Carl Zacharias, 50, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault on a family or household member and criminal mischief in the first degree and was sentenced to 36 months of probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.

• Daniel Lee Mullen, 35, nolle prosequi.
