A Hindsville woman was killed Monday afternoon after colliding with another vehicle, according to an Arkansas State Police preliminary fatality report.

Katie P. Taylor, 33, was reportedly traveling north on Highway 295 when she failed to yield at the intersection with Highway 45, driving into the pathway of a 2001 Ford vehicle.

The report states that Taylor was driving a 2007 Mazda vehicle.

The accident occurred at approximately 5:55 p.m. Monday.

According to the report, road conditions were dry and the weather was clear at the time of the wreck.
